The Suncrest Wellness Center
was located in Spokane, Washington from 1992-2008. Suncrest Wellness Center
was an independent, freestanding nurse-managed
clinic that offers full outpatient psychiatric, mental
health, and chemical dependency services for adults and
adolescents including diagnosis, treatment,
prescriptions,1:1 and group therapy.
Clinical Services
Wellness assessment, health
promotion, health screening and consultation based on the
Three R's Psychiatric Wellness Program. This is a complete
mental health evaluation that includes general physical
health, attitudes, behavior, environment, relationships, and
spirituality. Medication education and management
group classes:
- healthy eating
- recovering from abuse
- management of chronic pain
- general symptom management of anxiety, panic,
depression, mania, stress, psychosis
Stress
management based on development of a healthy lifestyle by
learning to control craves for:
- caffeine
- sugar
- nicotine
- alcohol
Evaluation of sleep/rest/exercise
cycles and patterns.
Psychiatric
consultation/evaluation/diagnosis/medication prescription for
the following:
